Graduate programs at GW train passionate public health students to become effective public health professionals. Our students come to understand the complex interrelationships between health, politics, and human development. They learn to address public health issues by marshalling research and analytic skills to understand, promote, and advocate for healthy communities. Our evening class schedule allows full and part-time students alike to pursue volunteer or staff positions with over 370 partner organizations in public health. Through practicum, internship, and residency positions, you will couple the passion of public health study with the practicality of its execution.
